I'm going to try and lose 12 pounds in 2 weeks using this Book by Denise Austin. It features lots of healthy recipes and workouts that can be done in just 12 minutes each day. I think I can find 12 minutes each day for a workout. I've ordered the Book and hopefully will receive it so that I can begin my 2 week challenge on Monday (02/15/10). I'd LOVE to be able to squeeze into my swimsuit by Spring Break.
